- If you’ve been waiting 103 pages for a fight scene or any sort of action to take place at all in this comic then rest assured as your wait has not been for naught. Especially if you like your fight scenes to be awkward and one of the combatants to be totally nude.

I have to admit I’m writing a story that I know how to draw so the next page will probably show why I’m not writing a comic about superheroes or ninjas or something like that. There will be more action scenes later on in this comic though so I’m not shying away from drawing them. But they’ll all be quick, unexpected, out of nowhere and often a little one-sided.

- For those of you paying super close attention to every single detail of this comic you’ll probably have noticed on your weekly re-read of previous pages that I changed a little bit of dialogue on the previous page. I had Nathan’s bandmate constantly refer to him as “Brother” so that when you see him again on this page sans clothing you’d know him by his little quirky character trait. But, I wasn’t sure if people would think I was trying to imply that Nathan and this guy are actually brothers. It’s more of a Desmond-from-Lost type of “brother” so I changed the spelling to “brotha” which looks really weird to me but I guess helps to imply that it’s slang. So anyway, that’s what I changed on the previous page.

- Looking ahead to September, I am officially on the guest list for SPX – The Small Press Expo in Bethesda Maryland. This is one of the most revered comic conventions geared towards indie and small press creators. I’ve never been and am really looking forward to appearing there. Headline guests include Chris Ware and Dan Clowes!! By then, I should have Volume 2 of Nathan Sorry in print.
