The non-profit public advocacy organization Mecklenburg Citizens for Public Education approached Rich Barrett Design in 2010 to redesign their website in oder to give it a fresher, more modern look and feel. They also needed it to be built on an easy to use Content Management System that would give them full control over the content of their own website. Since the launch of the new MeckEd.org, the organization has been able to make various updates to all sections of their site by an in-house staff.

The Design Gallery

As an art director for J. Walter Thompson in 2002, I oversaw the design and development of the extensive Design Gallery project for ADiamondIsForever.com. This site included a showcase of couture jewelery and an updated version of their popular Design Your Own Ring application.

In addition, I art directed multiple product photo shoots and acted as a creative consultant on a video shoot for a television spot to advertise the website.

As Creative Director of the interactive marketing firm Mass Transmit, I worked with partner agency Crayon to design and develop this site that would allow AAdvantage members to find partner locations (restaruants, hotels, car rentels, etc.) in select cities.
